About Jandy

Jandy is one of the other food places listed in Syracuse, New York. The business is registered at 1017 S Geddes St, Syracuse, NY 13204; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–5 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Jandy at (315) 476-2730; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is jandyrestaurant.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 298 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded other food places in Syracuse.

Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Placed an order on DoorDash For fried chicken, yellow rice with beans and a poncho (Chicken stick). About 15 minutes after placing my order I got a message saying they don't have fried chicken and asked what I wanted. I said either pepper steak or fried pork chop. The chicken stick the chicken didn't taste cooked thoroughly, and it was barely any vegetables on the stick. And the sauce was very sweet instead of like a barbecue sauce. It was like very sweet. The rice tasted bad, Like it was starting to mold or something like that taste of something being spoiled it even smell like that. The gravy sauce was good that was on the side... The state was shaved steak like for cheese steaks. Definitely wasn't feeling the texture and it tasted very sweet and it was very mushy. It wasn't even appealing. We'll never order from here again.

Food was shockingly good. Fresh flavorful good portions.. and imagine this.. properly cooked. I took two bites started to shake and cry, which only happens when I find food that is actually good. Well done.

I ordered my food on DoorDash and it came quick and hot. It was well flavored well cooked decent portions for the price. They even gave me a free pen and a town where everything is overpriced and undercooked this restaurant stands out as one of the best. If you’re looking for something different over this land American food please order here.
